In addition, volunteers are sought to help with pipe cleaning on a Thursday night.<\/p>\n Glasses<\/strong><\/p>\n Volunteers are asked to attend the concert at least 30 minutes before the start.<\/p>\n Duties include: collecting used glasses during and after the concert, washing glasses in kitchen area, re-stocking shelves.<\/p>\n Chief Steward<\/strong><\/p>\n Chief Stewards are asked to attend at least one and a half hours before the concert starts.<\/p>\n Duties include: overseeing stewarding duties, making sure Guildhall is set out as per requirements, take responsibility for health and safety, making sure the Guildhall is left in a proper state after concerts, record volunteer hours.<\/p>\n Steward<\/strong><\/p>\n Stewards are asked to attend at least one and a half hours before the concert begins<\/p>\n Duties Include: Meet and greet the audience, assist with setting up, steward exiting audience in the case of emergency, assist with other duties as the chief steward thinks are necessary.<\/p>\n If you are interested in doing social media posts live from a concert please let the Chief Steward or Mark know.<\/p>\n Front of House<\/strong><\/p>\n Front of House are asked to attend at least one and a half hours before the concert begins.<\/p>\n Duties Included: setting up front desk, collecting and selling tickets, clearing foh desk at end of concert, cashing up.<\/p>\n Raffle<\/strong><\/p>\n Raffle sellers are asked to attend at least one and a half hours before the concert starts.<\/p>\n Duties include: arranging raffle prizes, selling raffle tickets, assisting with the raffle draw<\/p>\n Stage<\/strong><\/p>\n Stage staff are requested to attend at the first access time before a concert (normally about 5.30pm) and after the concert has finished.<\/p>\n Duties include: erecting and dismantling stage<\/p>\n MC<\/strong><\/p>\n The MC is asked to attend at least two hours before the concert starts.<\/p>\n Duties include: Meet and greet performers, arrange for performers refreshments, make sure all performance requirements are met, paying performers and contractual responsibilities, introducing performers on stage, coordinating the raffle, seeing performers off premises after concert.<\/p>\n Reviewer<\/strong><\/p>\n Write a review of the concert for use on the Lichfield Arts website, for future publicity and for a historical records. The reviewer should also be willing to muck in with any other jobs such as glass collecting, raffle, general stewarding etc. if necessary.<\/p>\n If you are interested in doing social media posts live from a concert please let the Chief Steward or Mark know.<\/p>\n Photographer<\/strong><\/p>\n To provide photographs of the event for use on the Lichfield Arts website, for future publicity and for a historical records.
